Knowledge that stays.
A school’s compliance picture depended on one person’s memory. The work was to make it easier to find, maintain, and hand over.
Nothing important lives in one person’s memory anymore.
THE NEED
Institutional memory needed a place to live.
One person was holding a school’s entire compliance picture in their head, and doing it from memory.
I mapped and structured the school’s compliance documents across state, federal and IRS, accreditation, and internal records. The research was prioritized and sourced before the software layer.

A structured map provides the foundation for an assistant that can help surface requirements, missing documents, and upcoming dates.
