Find the pain
- Not a pilot. Not a concept.
- A team losing hours.
- The problem that actually exists.
- The tech comes second, always.

The kind of thing that's still quietly running on a Tuesday six months after it shipped.

003 — ABOUT THE LAB
I'm a writer, a maker, and someone who can't walk past a problem without wanting to know what's underneath it. Writing is why I can take a tangled workflow and explain it to the volunteer who has thirty minutes on a Tuesday in a way that makes sense. Making things — software, systems, props — helps me notice when a solution is more complicated than the problem it's solving. My love of problem solving is why I actually enjoy the work that most people avoid. I want to take that broken inbox, that missing process, that thing nobody has touched in three years because it's too complicated and turn it into something exciting.
I've spent my career in IT operations, technical project management, and systems work — mostly at or alongside small organizations that needed someone who could figure things out without a lot of hand-holding. Ravensbreath Lab is where I take on AI workflow design and buildout, technical operations consulting, and the kind of systems cleanup work that never has a clean job title.
I'm currently open to both consulting engagements and full-time remote roles in AI workflow operations, technical project management, or IT operations at mission-aligned organizations. If you're a small org that needs to get your systems in order, I'd be glad to talk.
